			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div><em></em>Hunter  gatherer diet (AKA  Paleo diet) is a diet  plan which  is  based on the eating  habits  of the people of Paleolithic age.  It  is  based on wild  animals and plants  that  people millions of years ago used to eat<em>. </em>The  modern  paleo  diet or hunter gatherer diet  excludes all sorts  of processed  and farm  foods and contains  fish,  meat, plant roots, nuts, fruits  etc<em>.</p>
<p></em>The  basis  behind the wide  recognition  of the  diet  plan  is pretty  simple<em>. </em>People  living in the wild as hunter gatherer were physically strong  and free of illnesses  like depression,  arthritis, heart disease, diabetes  etc<em>. </em>They  did  not  have to wear spectacles  as their eyesight  was strong<em>. </em>All  of these  diseases and over weight problem arrived  as  we moved to the modern  age. Therefore,  to overcome  these problems, why don&#8217;t we return  to hunter  gatherer diet<em>.</p>
<p></em>A  paleo diet should  not  contain  any processed  food and sugar,  potatoes, beans, grains, dairy products  etc. that  are  available  from farms<em>. </em>The  diet  should consist  of  meat,  fish, nuts, roots, berries  etc. that hunter gatherers used to consume<em>.</p>
<p></em>This  will  notably  change  the vitamin consumption  and reduce  calorie intake<em>. </em>If  you  would  like to  give it a try, you  can  start  with  having  this diet  as a breakfast<em>. </em>After  that  as you get  into the hang of  it, you  can  have it in all three  meals<em>.</p>
<p></em>Mark  Sisson, a former world  class  endurance sports  person  with a degree in biology  has written  a book about  this called  as  primal blueprint<em>. </em>The  primal blueprint diet  plan  is just  like  the hunter  gatherer diet.  He also described in the  book, some  actions  that  are  necessary  to build a fit  and strong body like lifting  heavy things, moving around slowly, lots of sleep  etc. Things  that hunter gatherers were accustomed  to  do<em>.</p>
<p></em>You  will  find thousands  of  diet plans existing  today that  states  to be created  with most  modern  scientific research.  But in  reality,  most  of  them have a success rate of 6% roughly<em> </em>Moving  backward and adopting  a paleo  diet  could  be  the one required  for you<em>.</em></div>
